School Administrative Policies

1. CLASS ATTENDANCE AND SEMINARS

Lectures hold on Saturdays, from 10:00 to 4:30. However, Biblical General Reflection And Enthronement of the Word of God, based on the Ogene Ozioma daily Bible reflection, begins at 9:30. All students are to participate, and also be in a good time. The class attendance is 15% of the total marks for the course. Lecturers can also choose to set examinations or conduct seminar presentations that could be graded as examination.

2. TOKEN SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT/ RECEIPTS

Propective students are to collect the registration form at the cost of N2,000. The token fee per semester for all the classes is N15,000. All students are to pay a fee of N5000 for Public Lecture, with the graduation and commissioning at the end of the academic year. Each student is to pay N2000 per year for the Cathedraticum celebration, in support of the missionary activities of the Diocesan Bishop.

Fees should be paid directly into the school account unless approved by the School Director. Students should submit evidence of payment so as to be issued a receipt of payment. Cash payments are be prohibited unless directed by the School Director.

Students are to pay their token fees one month after the resumption date. Any student unable to pay could be asked to discontinue lectures. Students having great difficulties are to write to the Director and indicate when they can pay. Any other fees, such as Cathedraticum, burial, birthday, graduation, etc., contributed by students. Records shall be kept for such payments since such payment(s) ought to be paid before graduation.

3. EXAMINATION GUIDELINES

Students are to avoid any form of malpractice in examinations. Any student caught cheating in any examination will be suspended from further examinations and would face a disciplinary interdiction from the school.

4. CARRY-OVER/OUTSTANDING COURSES

Students are expected to avoid any form of carryover. In case of any carryover, the student is expected to retake such a course before graduation. Any carryover course to be taken after graduation should attract a carryover levy of #5000.

5. STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL

The student representative council should be the student leadership body to be made up of the four CLASS REPRESENTATIVES and an elected council President who will be appointed or elected by the entire student body to lead students, (five-member council). This council should be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the entire student body in partnership with the school management. The student's representative council should open an account in the name of the school with the School Director as a mandatory signatory to that account to allow for proper supervision.

Admission Requirements

Certificate of Leadership in New Evangelisation

  • 1. Ability to read and understand English Language well.
  • 2. Duration of Course lasts for 8 months.

Professional Diploma Certificate on New Evangelisation from Godfrey Okoye University Enugu

  • 1. Minimum of three Credits and three Passes at least in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO in not more than two sittings including Credit in English Language.
  • 2. Duration of course lasts for two years or four semesters.

Diploma in Theology

  • 1. Minimum of three Credits and three Passes at least in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO in not more than two sittings including Credit in English Language.
  • 2. Duration of course lasts for four years or eight semesters.
